Regional Admissions Coordinator - Dallas-Fort Worth Based

The Regional Admissions Coordinator is responsible for implementing an effective student recruitment program within the DFW Metro area as part of K-State's overall strategic enrollment management plan while residing within the local area. This position develops and executes a comprehensive recruitment strategy for prospective and admitted undergraduate students, including freshmen and transfer students, by providing personalized guidance on admissions requirements, scholarships, financial aid opportunities, academic programs, campus involvement, and the enrollment process. The coordinator builds and maintains meaningful relationships with students, families, school counselors, and other key influencers throughout the recruitment cycle.

The Regional Admissions Coordinator serves as the primary K-State representative within the assigned territory, exercising independent judgment in developing travel schedules, prioritizing outreach activities, and representing the university through presentations, individual appointments, school visits, college fairs, and educator engagement opportunities. In addition, the coordinator develops and supports recruitment events, campus visit programs, orientation initiatives, and other special projects designed to advance the university's enrollment objectives. The position collaborates closely with campus partners and external stakeholders to support enrollment goals, coordinates recruitment efforts involving current students, and utilizes technology to maintain effective communication with prospective students and key constituents. The individual in this position is expected to maintain active involvement in regional professional organizations.

This position is required to reside and maintain a home office within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.
