The University of Arizona is excited to announce an open search as we continue to grow our National Recruitment Team within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. We are currently seeking applications for a Regional Coordinator of California Recruitment, based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As a member of our National Recruitment Team, Regional Coordinators play a critical role in connecting students and families with the opportunities available at the University of Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to represent one of the nation's leading public research universities while building meaningful relationships with students, counselors, community organizations, and educational partners throughout California.
The National Recruitment Team consists of 15 regional professionals located throughout the country, and this position will become our fourth California-based recruiter, further strengthening the University's commitment to serving students across the state. Regional Coordinators are empowered to strategically manage their recruitment territory, develop innovative outreach initiatives, and create opportunities for prospective Wildcats to discover what makes the University of Arizona such a special place to live, learn, and thrive. From high school visits and college fairs to community engagement and event planning, no two days are the same.
The starting salary for this position is $55,000, in addition to a geographic stipend based on the employee's home (duty) office location. The position posting also includes additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and recruitment territory expectations.
