You'll develop and execute comprehensive on-campus visitation programs, leveraging data analytics to maximize effectiveness and student engagement. Leading a team of three exempt-level professionals, you'll shape recruitment strategies that align with Lehigh's mission of fostering intellectual curiosity and real-world problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement innovative campus visit programs and recruitment strategies
• Supervise and manage three exempt-level admissions staff members
• Manage a designated geographic recruitment territory with travel opportunities
• Review and evaluate first-year and transfer applications for admission
• Participate in hiring processes for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Analyze recruitment data to drive strategic decision-making and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Enrollment Services teams on strategic initiatives
• Contribute to daily admissions office operations and special projects
