Director of Graduate Admission Systems

TCU's Office of Enrollment Management is looking for a Director of Graduate Admission Systems to join our team!

As a highly collaborative and technically proficient leader, the Director of Graduate Admission Systems plays a pivotal role in supporting TCU’s graduate enrollment strategy through the expert implementation and management of the Slate CRM. This position serves as the primary systems administrator and Slate captain, ensuring seamless operations, data integrity, and compliance across all graduate programs. The Director partners closely with academic units to develop and implement system-driven solutions that enhance the applicant experience, streamline admissions workflows, and uphold best practices in graduate enrollment.

TCU offers one remote day a week with the other four days on campus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
