The Office of Undergraduate Admission is seeking dynamic and strategic Regional Manager candidates to join our team in expanding access to higher education. With roles available in California (multiple), Texas (multiple), Washington, D.C., Oregon, New York, Florida, and Massachusetts, we invite you to contribute to Arizona’s flagship, land grant university in the region you call home.

- Regional Manager of Texas Admissions (multiple positions)
- Regionally based in either Dallas or Houston metro areas
- Salary: $47,356 - $59,195 with outstanding University of Arizona benefits
- Regional Manager of California Admissions (multiple positions)
- Regional based in either San Francisco, Los Angeles or San Diego metro areas
- Salary: $47,356 - $59,195 plus a geographic stipend of up to 20%, with outstanding University of Arizona benefits
- Regional Manager of Mid-Atlantic Admissions
- Regionally based in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Northern Virginia (DMV metro area)
- Salary: $47,356 - $59,195 plus a geographic stipend of up to 23%, with outstanding University of Arizona benefits
- Regional Manager of Pacific Northwest Admissions
- Regionally based in Portland metro area
- Salary: $47,356 - $59,195 plus a geographic stipend of up to 6%, with outstanding University of Arizona benefits

- Salary: $47,356 - $59,195 plus a geographic stipend of up to 18%, with outstanding University of Arizona benefits

In this regional role, you will serve as the primary admissions representative in your assigned territory, developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies that reflect regional trends and student needs. As a trusted liaison, you’ll build strong partnerships with high schools, community colleges, counselors, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of the University of Arizona and support prospective students throughout the admissions process.
This position plays a vital role in shaping a diverse and talented incoming class. You'll analyze application trends, provide regional insights to inform broader enrollment strategies, and contribute directly to the new strategic imperatives for the university. The role involves extensive travel within your assigned region for college fairs, school visits, and community events, offering a flexible and engaging work environment that combines field outreach with administrative planning.
