In this regional role, you will serve as the primary admissions representative in your assigned territory, developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies that reflect regional trends and student needs. As a trusted liaison, you’ll build strong partnerships with high schools, community colleges, counselors, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of the University of Arizona and support prospective students throughout the admissions process.
This position plays a vital role in shaping a diverse and talented incoming class. You'll analyze application trends, provide regional insights to inform broader enrollment strategies, and contribute directly to the new strategic imperatives for the university. The role involves extensive travel within your assigned region for college fairs, school visits, and community events, offering a flexible and engaging work environment that combines field outreach with administrative planning.
