Lehigh University, located in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania, is engaged in an open search for an Associate Director of Admissions to join our senior management team. The position's primary responsibilities involved the management and execution of our first-year student yield events held through April, as well as coordinating our strategies and comunications related to our post-May 1st anti-melt efforts. In addition, as a member of our senior staff, this position will supervise up to 4 full-time admisisons professional staff members and manage a budget used for planning a wide variety of April on-campus yield events. This position will also manage an assigned domestic recruitment territory and engage in fall travel to various high schools, review first-year applications, play a key role in our office's enrollment strategy, and report to the Director of Admissions.
